Pondok Kencana offers a variety of accommodation in villas and bungalows as follows:
Bungalows 1,2,3,4,5 & 10 are self-contained bedrooms, with double bed & private bathrooms attached. These bungalows are suitable for couples, with the internal sitting area, opening out on to balconies. Gas mains pressure hot water & ceiling fans also are provided.
Bungalows 6,7 & 8 are housed in one building, with each room having a private entrance, but the bedrooms also opens up on to a shared balcony. Under this balcony are shared facilities of kitchen, bathroom & W.C. These bungalows are suitable for long staying surfers who wish to have low cost accommodation. Ceiling fans also are provided.
Bungalow 9 is a 2-bedroom building, with each bedroom opening out on to a common balcony, with a shared bathroom. This is suitable for small family groups. Gas mains pressure hot water & ceiling fans also are provided.
Villa 1 is located at the top of the site & houses the following facilities: -restaurant, bar, pool table, TV area, library, reception & office, managers residence, all of these areas have panoramic views of the ocean, valley & mountains behind the hotel. Also within this building are staff & laundry facilities, with driver's rooms.
Villa's 2 & 3, these consist of 3 bedrooms (double beds), 2 bathrooms, lounge, kitchen (complete with refrigerator & cooking/eating utensils) & dinning areas, which open out on to balconies & gardens. These are suitable for 6 – 8 guests; (one B/R has a bunk bed for children). Gas mains pressure hot water & ceiling fans also are provided.
